Announcement: JetPens Sponsorship

I have added my first official sponsor to The Pen Addict, and I am really excited and proud that it is JetPens.  If you have been reading this blog for any amount of time, you know how I feel about them as a company, and of course how I feel about their product line.  I couldn't think of a better company to team up with.

So what does this mean for The Pen Addict?  Not much really.  There will be no basic changes to the blog, other than I will be adding a special sponsors section to the sidebar as soon as I get a spare few minutes.  The day to day posting will stay the same, and I'm free to review, heap on the praise, or banish any pen to the back of the drawer as I have always done.

The main thing that comes out of this for me, as well as for you the readers, is continued access to product.  What that means is plenty of pens for me to review, and the continuation of the giveaways I have been doing that have been such a big hit.

It's been almost a year now since I started The Pen Addict, and it has been a complete blast.  I just want to say thanks to everybody who has kept this fun - I appreciate all of your support!

Feel free to leave a comment or email me any questions you may have.

Pen Cases - What do you use?

Click To EnlargeAs my pen addiction grows and grows, my storage space for pens gets tighter and tighter.  For pens I don't use much or have fallen out of favor with, I send them to Pens For Kids.  But what about the ones that I keep handy for regular use?  Two of the pen cases I am using right now are the Kokuyo NeoCritz Transformer (Top Left) and the John & Mary Pouch.

These are the pens that go to work with me every day, not to mention the additional pens in my backpack pockets.  The Kokuyo case holds most, if not all, of my Pilot Hi-Tec-C pens, and the John & Mark cases hold my Uni-Ball Signo DX's in one, and drawing type pens (Copic, Sakura, etc.) in the other.

I also keep a larger generic pen case at home that holds around 100 or so pens.  I use this to keep most of the pens that I have reviewed, or like to use, but just not as frequently as the rest.  It allows me quick access without trudging through a drawer or box of loose pens.

So, what kinds of pen or pencil cases do you use, or does another form of storage work better for you?
