Review: Zebra Sarasa Clip 0.4mm Viridian Green

Zebra Sarasa Clip

When I recently reviewed the Zebra Sarasa Clip 0.4mm Tea Brown a few weeks back, Der Bingle mentioned in the comments section that I really needed to try out the equally as new Viridian Green Sarasa clip.  It doesn't take long for a suggestion to become reality, so let's see what we have here.

I have mentioned in the past that I am not a big red or green ink user, which is why I didn't order this pen the first time around.  I am starting to come around on red ink - especially with my Pilot Hi-Tec-C 0.3mm - and Viridian Green may get me on that bandwagon as well.  This shade is a little bit brighter than a  standard green, whatever that may be.  Of course, as big of a fan as I am of the Sarasa Clip 0.4mm line, it isn't going to take much for me to like one of these pens.  One thing I mentioned in the written review that is a little odd is the fact that the grip feels a little gummy.  None of my dozen or so other Sarasas have the same feel, so I am going to chalk this up as a fluke.

What other color Zebra Sarasa Clips would you like to see me review?

Giveaway: Nomadic Virgo-Attrezzo Standing Pen Case - Black

Nomadic_evs_01_black

The Nomadic Virgo-Attrezzo Standing Pen Case is a recent addition to the JetPens product line (hit the link for more images).  Similar to the Kokuyo NeoCritz Transfomer case that I have enjoyed over the years, the Nomadic Virgo-Attrezzo allows you to use the case in the standing position.  I never thought that would be such a big deal, but it really comes in handy when out and about with your pens.  This giveaway is for one Nomadic Virgo-Attrezzo pen case in black, as pictured above.  Here are the rules:

1. Leave one comment on this post anytime between now, and Thursday night at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.  You are limited to one entry.  Feel free to link this giveaway on your blog, or share it with anyone you feel is a true pen addict.  If you have a blog, I would love a link back, but it is certainly not required for entry into the contest.

2. For this contest, I will pick one winner at random from the comments section of this post.  The comments will be numbered in the order they are received, i.e. the first comment is #1, the second #2, and so on.  The Random Integer Generator at random.org will be used to pick the number of the winner.

3. The contest winner will be posted on Friday, April 23rd.  The winner will have one week to email me at the address posted in the right sidebar.

4. I will ship internationally.  I know there are many international readers and fans of The Pen Addict, and I will gladly ship to you at my expense.

Good luck!
